Communication is key to all of our success. The best way to communicate with us is via email. All people involved in the transaction are emailed when you contact us. Because of our phones being busy with the asset managers, escrow, title, repairs, clean ups, evictions we ask that you only communicate via email.
Want to know where your offer is
Our staff immediate sends emails out to the all parties once a transaction is approved.We
always recommend that when you submit an offer, that you include your email address. Agents, a strong recommendation would be to have a pda phone that accepts email. Today's market, most REO companies are communicating via email now.
Bank Addendums
Unlike most companies, we submit complete packages to most of our banks.
