We will email you these homes the program finds daily. Please call us for details. We also work with Bulk REO purchases and can help you locate tapes that make sense for you. Currently we are working on a new one with Chase Bank. Typically, you can expect 60 to 70 cents on the dollar pending upon how much you are willing to purchase at one time.
